Our story
TotalBiz Systems was founded by Ragu Karthigesan, an infrastructure engineer with over a decade in enterprise IT — including deploying connectivity across emergency service fleets and managing environments for organisations where downtime simply isn't an option.
That background met a simple observation: small businesses across Sydney were being badly served by technology. Websites that never rank, POS systems with hidden fees and offshore support, marketing agencies reporting vanity metrics — and no single company accountable for making it all work together.
So we became that company. TotalBiz designs, builds and supports the complete digital side of a small business — website, POS, apps, signage, marketing, IT — as one connected system, answered by one local phone number. We also run our own businesses on the same tools we sell, including a family grocery store in Sydney, so every product we recommend has survived a real counter on a real Saturday.
